i have got a idea like in real life, bullet proof jackers ( the armours ) are for both cops+criminals so make it eligible for criminals too to wear ARMOURS on their self like they can wear max 50% armour only it would be cool enough. We are allowed to buy them from any special shop.

Armour barely matters when you've been knocked down by shotty or when getting shot in the head by AK, M4 or Ruger. The average criminal has more advantages over the normal cop than you think. Cops's armour was nerfed intentionally to 25 from the usual 100, so in any case... just learn to shoot?
SWAT is obviously going to have 100 armour, but what I mentioned before doesn't really change it, it just makes criminals use more rifle ammo or a total of like 7 or 8 FN FAL bullets.

Agreed. I repa'd cops with like, 35 HP. What matters is that your reaction speed and your Parabol anticipation skills.

Also I don't believe you are aware of the nightmares "extacy" used to give before during 0.3...
To put it lightly, it is like this:
Crims have: 100 HP + a wide arrange of different guns that they can get from their houses, businesses, other people or their very not-so-well hidden stashes before starting a crime/heist/smuggle + drugs that in the future will give different bonuses to health and what not. Criminals have the option to heal at food businesses at any time as well as the option to use PnS when in a vehicle in quick succession.
Regular cops have: 100 HP covered with 25 Armour + Nightstick, Colt and Chrome Shotty, if they want more they'll have to spend money at the Ammus or get their own guns from somewhere that gives the risk of losing these guns to criminals that could possibly make more use with them. If cops need to heal, they'll have to go to a food biz or go to a PD to replenish armour. Cops also have access to PnS.
But how well they can use guns and cars... is all up to them. Driving a car or using a gun means nothing if you can't even drive or shoot properly.

Drugs have been scripted. I can confirm this since I've tested it myself when I was still scripter. Heck, the script is in the server right now. As a matter of fact, when I left my scripter position earlier this year, drug garnering for cocaine was already scripted and I'm pretty sure a few days ago, someone actually activated a cocaine mission. The only reason why you are not seeing these drugs is because it's either not being actively pursued by others or the ones that are pursuing it are keeping it out of the public's knowledge.

Cocaine script is indeed working and functional, but we still want to make improvements to it.
Also cocaine deals have been unlocked by 4 players max. so.... that's why you don't see it happening. No sane person activates a cocaine deal with 18 players online when any one of them can fuck it up lol

well there are no tutorials or other any kind of stuff, from where we gsin knowledge about ordering and getting it.

The script is not even properly finished yet. Its baically still at beta stage so I highly reccommend not trying it. I know someone did a few weeks ago and lost 50k for it. :app: Only reason it is on the server while unfinished is because it is easier for us to test.

Hm, weird. Some admins like Kessu once told me that they aren't even scripted yet, and that only weed's scripted.

False.
All of the three drugs were scripted at the same time, I've repeatedly said that they can not be gathered since that is not scripted.
For cocaine, that has changed.
