=WrS=Bilu and =WrS=Mani are both banned for continuous rulebreaking. The list of rulebreaks is too long to list here. Maybe you should ask them :)

I want to hear it from you so I know you understood every (verbal) warning, kick, tempban and the eventual ban that you received.
