Title: [IV:MP] SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]

So, I've recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 and reinstalled all the previous programs (x64).
After that I can't open GTA:IV anylonger.. Can someone help me out? :uhm:

Luckily, I still have the previous OS (32-bit) installed on another disk and it has no problems launching the game..

step 1. Go to your GTA IV Directory

step 2. Right click on LaunchGTAIV, click launch as administrator

Part 2

If that did not work you will need to download the microsoft framework updates for ur PC let me know if you need them...

Yeah, I figured out that i forgot to install MS-VC++ Redistributable Packages lol :uhm:
