Either by clicking the link

with the codes and whatnot correct
Or by putting http://www.fbi.argonathrpg.com infront of it, so..
http://www.fbi.argonathrpg.com/index.php?action=activate;u=classified;code=classified
(again, with classified replaced with whatever it actually was in the email)
