Title: Software For Draws ?

I need  a software that can do draws , like for example :
we wanna play ps3 and we are 8 or something and we doing a cup so we enter our names and the program pick them randomly like :
Player 8 was choosed and then i draw a gain it choose another player etc ...

If you got it please help cuz i need it .
