Subject: Failure to repay the loan.

     Honorable Court and Judge/s, Mr.Katashi Watanabe had taken a loan of 200.000$ from Lucchese Bank on 31st of July 2017. The repayment date of the of the loan was originally 14.08.2017 but was extended to 18.08.2017 for technical reasons. However, Mr.Katashi has failed to repay the loan after the extension of days and is nowhere to be found in the city, leaving us no choice but to file a lawsuit against him. According to the Bank rules & conditions and the contract, Mr.Katashi owes 280.000$ to the bank.
 
Demands: 280.000$ in cash or assets that Mr.Katashi owns.

    Rules and conditions of the bank the client accepted to:
    Rules and Conditions:
    • If the Loan is not paid back in the Time requested, you agree that you will be taken to court for the original amount(including interest)  plus 20% of the amount loaned.
    • Interest is 10%. Depending on the amount being requested and will be added on a weekly base. (10% added per week to total sum)
    • Need to ensure payment, if you cannot pay back the loan the court will liquidize your assets to make the payments.

    The court has reviewed the plaintiff's evidence and confirms that the defendant has defaulted on his promise to re-pay the loan.

    The plaintiff shall be awarded the full loan plus interest agreed upon in the amount of $280,000 to be deducted from the defendants account.

    Case closed.
