Honorable Court, on the date of 31 Of July 2017I loaned Mr. Katashi Watanabe who is The President Of The Watanabe Corp. an amount of $20,000. He Promised Me To Return It Within 7 Days. However, Mr. Katashi Has Failed To Repay The Loan till now and Is Nowhere To Be Found In Liberty City.
My demands: $ 20,000 In Cash Or Assets Without Any Form Of Interest as I dont want more money. I would just like to Get my Principal Amount Back.

The court has reviewed the plaintiff's evidence and confirms that the defendant has defaulted on his promise to re-pay the loan.

The plaintiff shall be awarded the full loan in the amount of $20,000 to be deducted from the defendants account.
