Dear court,

On 02/04/2017 (DD/MM/YYYY) the accused formerly known as NissanNismo400R and currently VladimirPutin has requested me a loan of 29,000$ Argonath Dollars.
He needed it to buy something and promised me to pay it back with-in three weeks, which is now almost over 5 months and he hasn`t been seen since 18/04/2017.
He paid back a total sum of 17,500$ Argonath Dollars, which means 11,500$ Argonath Dollars still needs to be paid.

Demands:

- Reimbursement of $11,500 Argonath Dollars or assets that he owns to proceed the loan.

The Jury would like to ask for contracts between the party's involved.

The court will no longer sanction just verbal exchange of terms deals, we need proof that both party's knew what was offered and accepted.

*A quick RP where you got over all details of the contract screenshot will do the trick, and the player who is taking the loan saying i accept the terms given and his signature*

*Tho we will vote if we will allow this case to continue without the contract as this condition was not set by the jury before the Katashi Watanabe cases *

Dear court,

How would the Jury want a quick contract rp from me if VladimirPutin hasn`t come back since 18/04/2017?

In the first evidence picture I offered a random digit which came on 3 weeks which will be indirectly my offered term.
It was clearly shown that VladimirPutin could get the money back in 3 weeks with ease as he said himself (accepted terms indirectly).
Then I traded the money and transaction has been made (Both parties knew what was offered and accepted).

And till the day of today 11,500$ Argonath Dollars still needs to be paid.

Post by: Senate on August 29, 2017, 02:05:52 pm: The court has reviewed the plaintiff's evidence and confirms that the defendant has defaulted on his promise to re-pay the remainder of the loan.

The plaintiff shall be awarded the partial remaining balance of the loan in the amount of $11,500 ARD to be deducted from the defendants account.
