The ability to block others, as a normal player.
Hello, Argonath.
I have thought about this idea for several days, and now I decided to post it.
What is this? Blocking others? Shouldn't this be a power given only to mods/admins?
Nope :) By this ability, I mean to block their chat ONLY on your screen, just like in Messenger / Facebook / Whatsapp or the CS:GO "Block Communication" feature, for example.
How is this supposed to work?
In my opinion, this should work like this:
For example, if you'd like to block id 26, you'd do /blockcom 26 or /block 26 and you won't see their chat anymore, not on /l, not on main chat, not on radio, not on PM, you'll be totally isolated from him, by the chat. Of course, you won't be able to block Staff members.
I think this is a good idea, for many reasons, and I'd like to be introduced into the game.
Also, in order to not get abused, there can be blocks cooldowns and / or limited block communication amounts.
What do you think ?
