Its not blurr, i think your PC can't handle such a high ENB.

But it is intel core i5 and the guy who made the enb also had i5 his one worked better

He might have an i5, I have an i5 aswell, mine is 4.5Ghz and yours is 2.5Ghz so it's a big difference
