Title: Adding Stop-Sticks for chase

I have noticed that sometimes chasing a criminal takes a lot of time. And so make it more fun, after chasing the suspect for a certain time period, the use of stop-sticks should be made available for the high rank officers. Use of stop sticks will burst the tires of the suspect vehicle making him to abandon his/her vehicle.

How does it sound?

Sounds good, but however, sometimes can be abused.

Can you explain this a bit further?

It needs some more explaining , But It won't be visible in game , Because we don't have the models .....

Spike strips? Sounds good for Roadblocks, only mechanics can fix the popped tires or either tow the vehicle.

Neutral, i find most players might turn around or either find a way to not get over it.

It won't be visible as it shall be displayed on the chat freezing the car, full stop when they get over it. Didn't see any available models to be placed on the ground though..

A script could spawn exploding molotovs, since theres no other way to pop tires except fire, also some are very skilled to drive with popped tires, also /tune can fix them really quick.
