Admin who banned you: I have no idea.
When you were banned: I have no idea here either.
Reason why you did it: Whenever I'm connecting to the server it says "Connecting to [ip]...." "Connected" "Disconnected [ip]" and it crashes. I tried to restart my laptop and i also deleted wheelrides LCC v4 visual mod, but it still does it, so I'm considering that I got banned, I just want to know why and if I'm not banned, I'd like to know how can I fix this ?

You're not banned, try restarting your PC, reinstalling the game, or check in IV:MP Support section.
