bicycle like bmx and some new kind of vehicle in IVMP  :D

by mods? Yes. but mods is strictly forbidden here..

i mean to say can we  have bicycle in server just like we dont have fishing job before but now we have

I don't get what you mean, adding bicycle would have to involve your game to be modified as there's no bicycle models are found within the game. Also it is not possible to script those cause of the limitations provided by the IV:MP itself.
