Hello everybody. I have a couple questions about "Self-defence"
What rights does a person have for self-defense and in what way should he do it?
If a person comes up with a gun and starts to shoot at you, do you have to run away or shoot him, or as the last female dogs to get up and catch bullets?
In rules did not find an exact explanation...
P.s sorry for my english

It's your choice, run away or shoot him as if you're doing a self defense, by meaning of that here's a simple example:
You're attending a meeting with your gang, a newbie comes to you and tries to knock you down with a Shotgun, you avoid it somehow, and kill him for your self-defense if needed.
Another example is that if you are in a smuggle, which is not started yet, some cop or a player comes near you, stays silent for a while, then shoots one of the smugglers. You shoot him in the head, or knock him down and kill him, or someone does it, is considered as self-defense.
If someone is deathmatching you, either you run away or try defending yourself, if you're in a somewhat serious matter.
Hope this helps.

While everything that Daniel said is correct, I'll elaborate slightly further.
You are allowed to defend your life in-game by any means necessary with exceptions of logging out, pausing etc.
If you get attacked even by fist, you can use a molotov to burn him alive or waste him with M60. Makes no difference in the administrative eyes, however, if you do defend yourself and then report after the fact, administration will not do anything based on that situation. An admin must witness the rulebreak for him to take action and if the situation is over then the admin cannot act. And always remember, best way to stop a DMer from attempting to DM is to kill him and show them how much they suck, because roleplayers can kick their ass! :D
Online admins usually respond to a report made within seconds unless they are tied up in a situation themselves.
Killing someone in self-defense will not warrant an uncrime from the administration either, as it is your choice to attack back or report. You would need to handle this with the policemen online.

VCPD wise, you will get uncrime if you are able to prove that your actions were self defence.
