As we all know now we have to wait 90 seconds in a EMS vehicle before being able to complete a mission. Well I suggest bringing back the previous rule, which disallowed us going to missions without firetrucks and was considered as script abusing if you disobey it. Let’s have the 90secs rule and EMS vehicles should be used always when going to missions, not state vehicles. It is a RP server stop turning it more and more into a non-RP one, if you ever seen a Medic team or a Firefighting team going to an emergency with their own vehicle and not with ambulance or firetruck in real life, hit my PM box with a photo of it :uhm:

Supported It will be better if we bring back the previous rules, were more realistic.
-
what ever rule it is. they're always script abusers and i don't think this matter will be settled down :D
RP or not, it depends alot on the players and their attitudes, rules are just supporting for /report  and admins can't catch them all. I used to play on hard RP servers (SAMP) hope they'd be better but it just gave me more and more disappointment since nobody can control them all.
But anyways I support this :D

When new players start abusing the system and reporting them won't matter most of the time.
The 90 second system for both missions should be there as before.
-
Supported the new rule about 90 secs for one part has made it less RPish.

panda.. I don't believe you. You are the guy that avoids RP, your comment seems irrelevant here
-
People who want to roleplay should have the common sense not to use non-emergency vehicles for this type of jobs but I guess either the will to rp or the common sense is lacking in many.
Supported.

I see lots of Medics / Firemen Camping at MGS with their owned cars , or just moving here and there,
I think people need to set there mind, They need to be in a Ambulance / Firetruck , just like LCPD.
Like when you join a Fireman or a Medic , there should be a Timer to go offduty, for like 10 mins or more after doing a Mission to avoid script abuse.

I still cant wrap my head around how this was changed with this 90 secons nonsense in the first place.

Yeah, right ?!
This 90 seconds nonsense, is just what the people who abused the script and went to missions without firetrucks wanted. I don’t understand the logic in this move, if so lets allow the carkilling, people do it often anyways....

People were using their own vehicles for missions and were disobeying the rule constantly. Now instead of dealing more strictly with the people who broke the rule, you guys decided to remove it. Don’t misunderstand me I’m no trying to irritate or provoke you guys(the a-team) for this decision that you took, but there is actually no sense in removing this rule. You actually removed a fundamentel roleplay part of our server.

Not only that, people usually want to get money as fast as possible so they also use fast supercars or even helicopters and then kill eachother.
They ask for investigation and then get mad on the LCPD because they broke some acts against the laws of Liberty City.
This is one example: click here (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=121811.0).
Atleast if this 90 seconds script gets removed "Quality over Quantity" would return in fireman/medic missions, and maybe slowly roleplay as well.
-
Exactly Surena , I saw many Of them grinding for Money and More money.
Fireman and Medic Missions are made to Simulate Real-Life Actions and They also can be used in RolePlays , Also a way to make Some Starter Money then grow in the City step by step and help Complete Tutorial.
Firefighters are not for 750$ or grinding for Wealth or Unlimited firepower and cars.
The Usage of this is TOTALLY Incorrect , because it ruins the Gameplay that the Newcomers or even Players have , Its just like these Steps : 1.Grind 2. Grind 3.Grind 4. Grind 5.RAGE QUIT 6.Leave the game
Its a community based on love and Roleplay , Its not based on fast vehicles or Money.
These simple things that can be purchased using money are just to reinforce Roleplay.

Well, first off I hope people use those 90 seconds to drive towards the mission. If you use a supercar or whatever car to drive to the mission, then get into the firetruck, wait 90 seconds, and then join.. It would take a lot of time. If you guys cooperate, which takes roleplay into consideration, you will all get into one or two vehicles together (which also makes sure you guys will have enough vehicles). This way the most of you guys can sit out those 90 seconds while driving towards the mission. If there are people late/coming in their supercars, you can ignore them for all I care and just continue the mission without those guys. They have to wait 90 seconds anyway
These 90 seconds were implemented to actually prevent people rushing to the mission and finishing them before anyone else who actually use a firetruck. First it was made so that you need to do /joinmission in a firetruck. But people quickly abused that and used /joinmission and immediately exited the firetruck and got into their supercar. Now that you have to wait 90 seconds, you can drive towards the mission (together) and not waste time waiting and doing nothing. So in that regard I think those 90 secs works well.
It was never a specific rule though, but going there with a car is considered script abusing, and script abusing is still forbidden. Enforcing this rule considering might not have been done actively anymore, because abusing it seems rather difficult if these 90 seconds were used correctly. Also this topic is about returning the rule (which officially is still there, under script abusing), not about removing the 90 seconds script.

OMG, I wait for a mission in an EMS vehicle and for the 2nd part, yeah I use a state or my own car :D

I don't see any valid reason to revert the changes. I won't consider the "RP" argument valid in this case since its way too convenient to be used without any other facts to support it.
