Additional notes:
I dont know if I am banned or not,but when I connect to the server,after I login,the game runs for a few seconds or a minute,theb it says that it lost the connection to the server.When it recconects it says that I am banned or I have an unacceptable nickname.Please help me.

I see you logged on a few times since you posted the unban request, has this issue been fixed for you?

Sometimes works but most of the times it doesn t.I don t know why.
