It seems that before it's officially released, EA decided to make an official "Launch Trailer".

The game can be preoredered here (https://www.ea.com/games/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-payback/buy?utm_campaign=nfsp_hd_ww_ic_soco_yt_buypayback-yt&utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=social&cid=34266&ts=1509632636642). The official release date is set in 8 days time, which is 10^th of November.
