SUBJECT: COPYRIGHT / PATENT REQUEST FOR THE LIBERTY CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

Honorable Judge,

The Liberty City Police Department and National Office of Security Enforcement would like to request their division to have the following court form copyrighted. We believe that this form is typical for citizens to understand that this form is used by the LCPD and NOOSE. We also request that any imitations of this form are rejected by the court. If any other parties use the same form, confusion can take place.

As response to Mr. Dockz in this copyright request, we would like to respond to his objections.

We are trying to copyright a form in its exact way. With that we are talking about:
- Colors
- Design
- Images

We are trying to have this form 'ours' so that civilians of the Liberty State are able to see in one eye sight that the one responding is the LCPD, not a impersonator or impersonating group. The LCPD and NOOSE will never sue or reject any usage of form, but we are requesting a copyright on this exact form as proposed above.

The FDP find this to be silly. We see that the LCPD just want to sue us for using their forms, I think that the court will find this to be a joke.

We are objecting against this matter, assuming we are allowed, as Mr. Jack Dockz has done so and nothing has been done about it.

The design copyright request is total bull. Even the colours copyright request is bull, if not even stupider than the previous one. The images, such as the LCPD and NOOSE logos are already property owned by the LCPD, as their copyrighted abbreviations are in the logo.

We just find this to be total bull, nobody will copy the exact form and use it with LCPD and NOOSE logos.

We hereby object against this matter and find this to be a joke.

If you are requesting usage of the PRECISE EXACT form, basically the logos, names and addresses then we have no problems, as that is LCPD property.

However, if LCPD just want to copyright the form so that others don't copy it and use their own information, then it's a joke which we object against.

Our objections have been revoked.

Regards
FDP High Command.

Honorable judge,
As citizen of the Liberty City, I believe I have right to object here,
If the department made their own form to use it in the forum to be separated and unique from other organizations, that doesn't mean it's silly idea. Why don't you rather use creativity and create your own form to use instead of stealing forms from internet and other people, doing the act of plagiarism?

Kind regards,
Greg Parker
Ex Deputy Chief of the LCPD

Greg Parker,

The department created the form to use on the forum. It is already unique from other organizations as it uses the LCPD and NOOSE logos. Why would you want to copyright the following:

- Colors
- Design
Seriously, is this a joke? What in the hell has made Anthony Washington think that it's a good idea to copyright colours and designs?

I'd like Judge Senate to see this, because the fact that LCPD want to accuse others of plagiarism by copyrighting a form seems like total crap to the FDP, and we agree with Mr. Jack Dockz's objection.

Once again, the FDP object against this joke.

Regards
FDP High Command.

Mister Meeses,
The logos indeed differ two topics, but the rest of the form was totally plagiarized by the FDP and that is found as an unethical if not an illegal act. You cannot simply copy someone's work without asking him.

Greg Parker

Sir, I am not John Meeses.

I am Jimmy Kowalski.

Also, the logos do differ the dorns, but read my previous post, who in the hell requests copyright over design and colours? Total bull from the supposedly LCPD Chief of Police.

Mister Meeses,
Read my previous post. Someone can request copyrights over anything he is the original owner of and he feels he wishes to have himself to be the only one to use it, for professional purpose. If you understand what plagiarism means, you'll understand why copyrights are made, and you'll understand how you, and the FDP are violating it.

Greg Parker

SUBJECT: RESPONSE TO COPYRIGHT REQUEST

Honorable Judge,

We are requesting the jury and court to find a smiliarity and differences between the following court cases:

http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=122338.0
http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=122248.0
http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=122333.0

We request the court to look for differences, except the usage of other logo's. We want to be clearly visible for citizens of Liberty City so that citizens of Liberty City get no confusion in any way between the LCPD / NOOSE and any other party operating in the court of Liberty.

We can also see that the political party FDP have been using a different form in the past. (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=121693.0) We believe that the FDP is trying to impersonate the LCPD and NOOSE at this time by using our form and even using our exact words. Why would the FDP use a different form than they have been using at first?

Our (LCPD, NOOSE) first aim was not to have this form copyrighted as we thought that civilians and political partys of Liberty City would think twice and would not want any confusion between different partys in the Court. However, with the seeing of our form getting used multiple times, we do not have any other choice than to request a copyright request on our form so that the LCPD and NOOSE court cases stay unique as they are.

Anthony Washintgon

As a citizen who used a form similar to the Law Enforcement i do apologize for my behavior and in future I assure the LCPD that their form will not be used by Myself as an individual in any future court cases. Any groups to whom I am affiliated will not use the LCPD form.

The LCPD had full right to get an official form copyrighted for the safety of its image and to avoid impersonation.

Thanking You,
JackDockz,
Civilian

From:Courts of the State of Liberty

Spokesman of Liberty City Jury Mane Jugovic

The Jury of the Liberty City has voted to reject the copyright claims of the LCPD form, due to inability to separate what would not be a copy of the form,  on other hand blunt use of form with minor changes will be removed and jury will re vote there decision in future if needed.
