what about the auto-gas?

Yes it happends, you need to install Drunk camera fix. When you will install this, the car wont move  and the camera will be fixed.

This happens sometimes when you have a smoking engine... I think it's an in-game mechanic, same as being drunk, just you are here feeling dizzy of all the smoke coming to you.

I usually fixed it by going into the P`n`S to repair the car that started it all. :P

Restarting the game help s for me.
Drunk cam doesn't really appear very much in mp only single player.
You can just install the fix

Just install XLiveless.. Problem solved
