Here we are again:
Full ingame name: Nylez
Approximate date of getting banned: 6th of November, 2017
Reason of getting banned: Umm, telling Kessu personally I would take other people with me while being sure I would get perm banned within a week (wasn't wrong)
Further information: Got kicked from the VCPD for doing something I still find reasonable, so I was pretty annoyed about it. Started arguing about it in the discord with the person that banned me 30 minutes later. Prolonged the argument, said some things I shouldn't have and I assume that's why I got banned. From what I understood, I got banned to prevent something bad to happen. But with my past experiences, can't say I can blame anyone else but me.
Anyhow, regardless of the recent events, I should be playing on this server and apart from the "Deathmatching" that got me kicked in VCPD I haven't been rulebreaking or getting warned a lot.
So, I've put this out here and we'll see where this ends up.

Why would you want to return to a server in which you claim
1) Admins are biased
2) A criminal group is protected by admins
3) You think rules suck and favor the criminals
The list goes on and on. Not to mention the threat that if you got banned you'd take players with you that got you banned in the first place. We do not respond to threats with anything but a ban.

You banned me AFTER I said that, don't swap it around. I just meant that if I go down as a rulebreaker and get banned for it, I'll be recording and make sure that the people that got me to rulebreak are getting banned themselves. The fact you just assumed something without asking about it says more about you than me. There are a lot of people who think all 3 of those listed points, but they just don't say it out loud, and you damn well know it.
So why pick me to show an example with? At least I'm being honest about things I do, unlike plenty of other people.
Anyways, not gonna talk about others.
What you thought was a threat, wasn't meant as a threat. I still think certain people are protected more rather than others and that sometimes admin decisions are made based on how much that specific admin likes that person. I've had that idea since 2012 so I don't get why it's such a big issue now.
Some rules do suck as you can't protect yourself as a cop when shot at just because of a command called /sus. Which is complete and utter bullshit in my personal opinion.
I am very curious about that list of yours that goes on and on, tho.

I'll tell you thatThis, right here, is why you are permanently banned. This is a direct threat no matter how you want to sugarcoat it.
And why should you be let back to play when you clearly said that you'll continue doing the same shit that got you fired from the VCPD anyway? You know damn well those are server rulebreaks and you did them with 100% intention and knowledge.

I'll repeat myself: If defending myself from getting DM'd by DM'ing those people myself, regardless of me being a cop or a criminal at that point, I'll take it. I am NOT gonna let myself get shot if I can prevent it, neither would you.
And the "sugarcoating" you claim it to be is just you misunderstanding what I was saying. Already explained in my previous post what I actually meant by it and you're apparently not gonna believe it, fine. The only threat there is in that sentence is people who are rulebreaking should be more careful in my vicinity as they'll get banned like I did, because I'll be recording.
Still waiting on that list that goes on and on.

The thing you actually bothered quoting was a misunderstand on it's own, and I explained why. I am not going to divert from that statement whether you believe that's the truth or not. That's how I meant it, that's not how you interpreted it.
So I can't feel regret for something I didn't actually mean to do.
And as, and I quote, "This is why you are permanently banned", I can't really show any regrets, can I?

If this remains your stance on the matter, you won't be getting unbanned despite how much interest you show.
You need to learn that rulebreaking is never allowed no matter what. You are bound by the server rules just as any other player. You are not above the rules and you cannot decide that it's ok to DM someone in return because they DM'd you. The correct thing to have done in this case is to report the rulebreak to the administration with evidence but instead you decided to take matters into your own hands and join in by fighting fire with fire. Not the smartest of decisions seeing where you ended up.

I shouldn't have acted the way I did, but it surely felt great to take people back the way they're treating me. Rulebreaking wise it was a horrible idea, but I knew that when I did it. Still I believe that I am not the only one to blame.
I've seen it happen many times before where someone gets shot by a "noob cop" as they often say, they report but nobody helps them and then they proceed to kill the cop to protect themselves.
In my situation I would've died if I took time to report those people, and dying is not something I like doing.
I'm not going to pretend that it won't happen again, because I'd be lying.
People threatening me with a gun in their hand are going to get shot on sight, period. If that's such a horrible offense on it's own to keep me banned, so be it.
So even though I was banned for threats I made on Discord, are there any more things I did that added to my ban?

You 'think' that you would have died, but actually be honest here you cannot without doubt prove you was going to be shot. You were not shot at, you killed them as they approached the yacht because "they had weapons in their hands". That's not a good enough reason to kill someone in self defense, unlike the example you mentioned where a newbie cop is actively trying to kill you by shooting at you. You can't compare your actions to the situation where someone is being shot at and kills someone in self defense.

No one is allowed to kill anyone based on what they think is going to happen. You are not allowed to kill them just for holding weapons and there being a chance that they 'might' try to kill you. That is just the way it is and you will have to follow the server rules just like everyone else does if you want to play here. If you instead wish to be kept banned, then let us know and we'll close this request.

they approached me, started using animations while waving their gun at me, not the yacht. It just happened to be at the Ocean Dock Marina. They got off the yacht to walk to me and provoke me like I just explained, not the other way around.
Anyways.
If that's what the server rules stand by, I shall obey them. IF I do get unbanned, I'll be recording about 95% of the time in the future, that is the guarantee I can give I won't rulebreak again, as I'd be recording myself rulebreaking if I did that.

You're right, it's good that you're being honest but you're also right knowing that what you're saying isn't what I want to hear.
