Ban reason as was stated in-game:
Ip ban

Admin who banned you:
Server I guess

When you were banned:
I dont really know I wasn't online for about 3 days and find myself banned

Additional notes:
It might be an admin that banned me but i really dont know,  but it might be the reason that i have a different IP? I got a new pc so i really dont know.

It seems that you're caught up in a Route block, You will need to ask your ISP for a new IP/Route, or you can try restarting your modem.
