Title: PC Starting in temp mode.

Hey everyone,

Been a while since we have hung out, I am trying to get back into SAMP but my computer is giving me one rough ride. When I start my PC up it automatically runs a temporary profile, which means I am not able to save anything nor do I have anything I downloaded. I have tried pretty much everything and I am open for any suggestions anyone has, feel free to shoot an idea my way if you feel like helping!

How long has this been happening? Is it a fresh install of Windows?
