TOPIC: Implementation of Weapons Control Act
We, at ARP, are privileged to be part of the LC Society, and hereby to make the society better, we wish to implement a new law for Weapon Control - Act. Below indicates what we propose.
Proposal #1 -
We have been noticing a dangerous change in IV:MP, with great increase of use of weapons in-game, resulting in various deaths and injuries. This can also result in bans, warnings, and kicks as well, causing great amount of disturbance in-game. Therefore, to prevent this, we wish to work with the LCSA and the LCPD. I will provide more information in the Explanation below.
Explanation #1 -
With the help of the LCSA and LCPD, we wish to implement a new Act that indicates that, 'An immigrant which comes to Liberty City, after acquisition of his/her passport within 2 weeks, cannot use an military-grade weapons.' By this, of course, we mean that with the help of these two organisations, we can catch many criminals from illegal weapon trafficking and that immigrants cannot use military-grade weapons such as AK47, SMG, Snipers etc. until a duration of 2 weeks has passed, after acquisition of their COL-legal passport.
As per this, let me provide an example.
Example #1 -
New immigrants can buy military-grade weapons now, and can cause damage and destruction to the server, even though, cops take them down. This can result in a lot of rulebreaks, and cause admins and moderators to ban, warn or kick them from the server.
Conclusion -
Therefore, if this law has been implemented, along with the LCPD and LCSA, we can reduce the number of bans, warnings and rulebreaks. This can cause great things to the server, if implemented.
I hereby, request the Judge and Jury to implement this law and therefore, allow the Jury, Judge, LCPD and LCSA to reply and give their opinion upon this topic.
