Armed Pursuit

Beginning of the situation
While patrolling Viceport, Pyro Escotta was suspected of trespassing.

An accident
As Officer Kowalski attempted to do a PIT on Pyro, Cadet Elizabeth tried to overtake Officer Kowalski, but ended up ramming the side of his already busted-up cruiser and almost caused an explosion, however, the car luckily managed to absorb the impact. This made Officer Kowalski a little bit annoyed, as he was now being forced to leave the pursuit to obtain another vehicle. To prevent further accidents, Officer Kowalski decided this time to pilot an aerial unit and to keep surveillance on the suspect.

Where the hell did he come from?!
While Pyro Escotta was being pursued, Cadet Jimmy Collingwood noticed a man named Amal discharging a firearm in public, the Cadet suspected Amal and Pyro began cooperating with Amal to take us down.

Pursuit becomes shootout
Amal and Pyro had managed to lead the VCPD to Haiti, where the police units were ambushed and a shootout began. Officer Kowalski found himself stuck in an alley away from the shootout which was pissing him off. He knew he had no time to lose, so he found another route and backed his fellow members up. Suspect Pyro Escotta started shooting at Officer Kowalski, however, he managed to dodge the bullets, countering the shots. He then used his fast-switching skills to return the shots, and he managed to fire four 12 gauge rounds, fatally killing Pyro Escotta. Officer Kowalski was then shot in the back by Amal, however, Cadet Collingwood managed to return the kill.

VCPD would like to clarify that this topic is not an official representation of the VCPD and that VCPD has nothing to do with it. This is a mere initiative of the ARPD officer of self promotion. Nothing in this topic should be taken as VCPD's official stance.

I think this may be a breach of copyright and you should take this up with the court.

We would like not to take such drastic measures for now, however, if the officer does not comply with our notice, we may surely use the court to protect our intelectual property.

I don't wish to breach copyright, so I am happy to remove the logo.
