Reason why you did it: After I`ve been told that I died in the rp and helped johny, he got unsu-ed and he got inside my car to drive him away. Got frozen and then banned. Why the hell ?

No man, the thing is, he ran towards the mid park, i told him to get back and run behind me because there was the nearest state car, and when he got in my banshee as a passenger right about then he got unsu-ed. So when I saw that, I drove like 5 meters, and then got frozen- banned. I didn`t tell him to get in my car, you can check the logs.

10 Minutes have elapsed after I died, that`s why I came back. And I don`t remember you saying that I cannot, because if you did, I wouldn`t have got him and help him.

yes, i did know that, he told me every minute when a minute have elapsed out of his rhl

so what is the conclusion? i got banned because i didn`t see your "no" / you didn`t say it? will i ever get unbanned or I will just end my story of the server here and never come back? I really don`t want the last option..

I was afraid that you`ll come up with that, but I can explain most of them;
Well the thing is I`m kind of sure that I won`t come back this year or probably not even the next year but I know that the actual reason for my permanent ban was that I aided johny, and after your warn, even if he was not a suspect anymore..

The point of administration is not to make players on the server afraid of it issuing the penalty of a permanent ban, but to stop you from reaching that point.

well i dont really know, because i dont have the power to judge my own penalty.. but i would say that i would get up from 1 month of ban to 1 year, or permanent..

im assuming that most of them are my fault, but not all. i can also see that most of them are about my behaviour, and i know that, i cant ever shut up even if im guilty, and i also swear a lot especially when im angry, thats one of my worse defects..

We are just trying to figure out here what would work out the best regarding our cooperation, between you as a player and us as the administration. We don't like dealing with rulebreaks either.. but since we did apply for it, we kinda have to
Just think of a situation where I am having fun doing some stunt.. and all of sudden I get a report to deal with some newcomer that does not understand English, except the words "weapon","kill" and "ok"

the thing is, at this point i will pay any consequences just to get back playing on the server. i will surely miss my assets that i worked almost a whole year for them and guys on the servers, especially hemanth, dread, steam, castellos, etc.
i will wait as much as it takes to, and check the forum everyday for news, and while doing this i am sure that i will fix my behaviour towards the admins ( joey especially, as i see a lot of punishments from him ), and learn how to control my anger, at least while playing iv:mp.

okay.. im not sure about this though. im not finding this funny, but honestly, my mouth would now say unban me now lmao but thats just impossible at this point. i cant choose a short period of time for the ban, because that can be too short, and i would sound like a complete piece of selfish shit, and not a long one because i will have to wait for what ive chosen. but, honestly, i would say at least 3 months, as my last ban was 1 month.

I personally am not a fan of long punishments or the indefinite ones [Exceptions can be made in some cases], but here is what I would suggest:
- Either 3 months of unban pending
- Or 1 month + Cannabis/Weed-seeds/Weapons/Money/Vehicle removed from your invent without refund
But anyways, I leave it to the management to decide

Your punishment list quite long, I'm surprised you weren't banned any sooner. I hope this break from IVMP will also give you an indefinite break from any further punishments in the future. Break the rules and we will be annoying, stay within the lines and you will never hear of us ;)
