i was under influence and over reacted to retarded way brian talked to me. I shouldnt have insulted and killed him.

Seemed like you were alright to me, not sure why you've decided to act like a total cunt over the past year, you've shown nothing but a crap attitude so I honestly have no reason to allow you back in as all you do is just bother other players with your crap, here and on the forums.

I didn't act like a total cunt. I gave everyone a fair chance, but if someone treats me like shit i will be ten times worse to them. You were wrong to threaten to perm ban me just because Mark and i were joking with one another on the public chat. If you had just talked to me like a nornal person and told me to stop i would have stopped straight away.
As for my behavior on the forum it's pretty obvious that i stopped provoking trolling or what ever you might call it. And again, i wasn't the one to start provoking. I just did to others what they did to me. Probably worse though.
About my in game behavior i don't exactly understand what is so wrong about it. There are people in gsme right now who have been banned 5 to 6 times over past one year, while i actually tried my best to bring roleplay to the server, and eventually gave up because people didn't seem to be interested.
As for my in game punishments over last one year, only two of them are valid. Warning issued by Alfred and this ban issued by you. I will gladly elaborate and explain why i say other punishments were invalid, and if you look into them you will see all these punishments were issued by the same few staff members who hold a grudge against me.
Anyway i decided to request the unban because literally over the last few days the server seems to be changing for better. I got some free time untill new year and i'd like to spend some of it here.

You have been acting like a total cunt, and I didn't threaten you with a perm ban at all, even when you did what you did I was not certain if I should give you the permanent ban but after taking a few minutes to review everything I was under the assumption that you weren't going to change, your actions were planned, and your goal was to cause trouble, and nothing else.
You aren't new, nor is Mark, while you could be friends, you've been a staff member and you are very well aware of what can, and can't be done. The attitude you two shown on public chat was disgusting, if you want to insult each other, or be racist, I couldn't care less, I like a joke myself, but not everyone does, hence why it doesn't belong in public chat, keep it within private regions, and preferably outside of the server. Especially things like racism, and terms that involve self harm.
Another thing you need to learn is to step up and accept what you do, is your choice, and stop blaming everything on others, if someone does something they shouldn't, that doesn't give you the permission to do the same, or worse to them. You can either decide to report them, or ignore them, but if you decide to respond to it in the way you do, you are doing the exact same they're doing, and you are too, breaking the rules.
You really need to change the way you react to things, life isn't all happyness, sometimes things happen that we don't like, I too sometimes want to flame the living shit out of someone, but that doesn't mean I should, I keep it to myself because showing the ability to restrain yourself is a lot better than showing anger, and showing that you don't have a grip in yourself.
If I allow you back, how can I be certain that you won't just do the same things when ever something happens that you don't like, or when ever 'Someone provokes you', how can we be certain that the administration team doesn't just have to take care of you all time.
You are, or were, how ever you want to see it, a good friend of mine. We used to hang together, we had good conversations, and good laughs, and it saddens me to see that you turned in to 'one of those guys', something we disliked back in the days.

I am pretty sure that after you temp banned Mark you told me i would be permanently banned if i continue acting the way i do. That's irrelevant though as it does not excuse my behavior that came afterwards but i still think you shouldn't have worded the 'verbal warn' like that
The atmosphere and everyone online at the time were pretty chill. Except for one person maybe who reacted to Mark's 'black' but the only word anyone could have considered racist said by me was 'nigga'. I rp a 'nigga' myself and trust me i am not a racist and that slang is used very oftenly on Argo in general. It wasn't my intention to offend anyone really.
As for flaming you, honestly, i just wanted to piss you off. I wasn't mad or anything nor is that really my reaction in general. If it was i would have ended up here far more often and stayed way longer. But as i said i was high at the time so i wasn't exactly 'thinking straight' and i am sorry about that.
As for my intentions on the server, if you allow my return, if i planned to continue acting in the same manner i wouldn't have requested this unban. Ether way i'm sure Kenawa and iKhm would be more than happy to send me back to unban board if i cross any lines so you don't have to worry about that either

I know you're a good guy with alright intentions. How ever you sometimes cross the line too far and start harming others with your ways.
Take this as your final chance to prove you aren't a bad guy, and that you can behave, but do understand that if you misstep somewhere on this road you will be removed and you will not be given another chance.
