Dear law enforcement and citizens of the City of Vice,
Vice City Police Department would like to announce and invite you to its first ceremony of the year 2018! We will announce promotions and awards, changes, listen to your comments and suggestions.
Ceremony will take place in Vice Point Police Department on 14:00 server /time, 13th January (Saturday).
Participation by members of VCPD is compulsory. Therefore, if you have any difficulties attending, please let us know so we might amend the time. Guests and collegues from San Andreas and Liberty City are welcome!

Ceremony will be held tomorrow at 14 GMT. Indian time 6:30 PM Pakistan time 7:00 PM
If you guys are having problem setting the time, just use GMT converter on internet, put the timing 14 GMT to your country's GMT. If still you can't, let me know.
