This is Loan agreement for court purpose-

Lender : FloridaMicrofinance Limited
Loan receiver : John_Gotti

Cash transferred : $200,000
Cash paid before Deadline; $228,000

Deadline term: 18/Feb/2018

Belongings of loan receiver to assure payment of the debt: Property #195 owned by stefan_soprano and a car
Sentinal [VC-C895] owned by John_gotti
Further description: Mr.Stefan soprano has agreed to give their property for re-payment assurance on behalf of john_Gotti

Terms and Conditions

- Said belongings worth over $250,000, if our client John_gotti fails to repay the sum before the deadline the
  property
  #195 will be forcefully removed from the possession of Stefan_soprano and a car Sentinal would be removed from
   the
   possession of John_gotti and paid to Microfinance ltd

- The property #195 owned by stefan_soprano is not allowed sell/give away if doing so
   while being indebted to Flordia microfinance ltd, the bank account of Stefan_soprano would be taxed
   until the debt is paid.

 - The Car Sentinal owned by Mr.John_Gotti is not allowed to sell/giveaway their Car(Sentinal) if doing so while
    being indebted to Flordia microfinance ltd,  the bank account of John_gotti would be taxed until the
    debt is paid.

-  If John_gotti, Stefan_soprano hide their belongings to avoid paying, their bank account will be permanently
   taxed until the debt is repaid to Microfinance ltd.

Just to acknowledge consent of parties, I require that John Gotti and Stefan Soprano sign the contract indicating that they are bound by the rules of the contract and acknowledge that they hold the assets as well as note that they are securitising the loan against those assets.
