You were reported for DMing, and after a very deep investigation regarding the situation, we were able to infer that what you and your companions did was DMing. Manoni made it as short as it could ever be, yet, one of you requested me to come so I can clarify further, and I did. It is you and only you who wanted to hear more. Eventually, you decided to fling very provocative and seditious comments against Argonath.
To the next point, you were saying how this can be a roleplay server. I will tell you how. If stepping into a shootout and releasing gunshots without any interaction whatsoever and without even being involved in the scenario from the beginning, is RP for you, then I would not blame you for saying that. If your guy requests backup through any roleplay method, you are allowed to go and help him out, but if the shootout was already on-going upon your arrival, you may help him evade them, pick him up with your car, cover him with your car, etc.. And once you get shot at, you may unleash fire back.

First of all, it wasn't me who were arguing with you, it was Linc. I just wanted to get it over with even though I still can't find the logic behind that rule you're mentioning. If you someone called backup over radio (it was a detailed back up call, not just a "HELP" spam), and you get over there to respond to it, why would you want to lose your element of suprise to the enemy? You don't go up to the people you're going to fight or shoot IRL and say "oh we gonna kill you now be ready". As you said this is a RP server, opposite party doesn't need to know what the fuck is going on. If they don't want to get shot at, then they shouldn't try to kidnap people, easy as that. You can't claim we were DMing as we put effort into the RP scene unlike those who got killed in it. Only thing they did was "/s GET OUT!!!" "/S PULLOVER" then they started to shoot at the guy who called us there.
Secondly, yes. I made some stupid about the server because I got mad staring at the screen for over an hour of you discussing about the rule. If you want to punish someone, then punish them there and then, why would you make an hour long speech? What's the difference between staying frozen at a certain point and staying in a boxed area for an hour? I'll tell you what, nothing. The only difference it makes is that the punished player just feels like getting ajailed twice. If you punish someone, he will go and check up on the rule to avoid getting punished again anyway. You don't need to explain what rule did they break, you got a [reason] input in your admin commands for that.

It was Link9rly, right, but you were with him in the same car, smashing the enraging and provocative comments throughout the admin situation.

You obviously wanted to get over with it, but you and your friends were still wrangling about the rule we were illuminating for you, as you absolutely seemed to have no clue about it, so we had to continue clarifying it until you have understood why it is meant to be this way. It'd be blatant and plain DM if you turn up to a shooting scene and discharge shots against the opposite party because you were simply called for help when you had no connections to the situation whatsoever, but with Astralis only, who is known to be as the backup-caller. "Element of surprise" would pretty much work when the shootout hasn't begun yet, that's when you can stride into the scene and hedge or surround the opposing side so that an interaction takes place between both of you.
You can't claim we were DMing as we put effort into the RP scene unlike those who got killed in it. Only thing they did was "/s GET OUT!!!" "/S PULLOVER" then they started to shoot at the guy who called us there.
I can definitely state that you were plainly DMing, as you haven't put any effort into the scene, you told me you arrived there and shot at the other group because Astralis got shot at upon your approach. If Astralis was as well rounded by men who were heavily equipped with handguns and other weaponry tools, he should absolutely expect to get shot at when he used his RADIO to call for assistance and help, as the second side would want Astralis to comply with them and not disobey their demands.
Secondly, yes. I made some stupid about the server because I got mad staring at the screen for over an hour of you discussing about the rule.
Thank you for being honest, but yet, you fail to understand that it was not us who made it take too long, but you and your friends, as you were not satisfied with this rule being in our rules menu.
If you want to punish someone, then punish them there and then, why would you make an hour long speech? You are repeating yourself, over and over. It took an hour because you were not intending to agree with what Manoni was telling you until Marcello has asked me to come. The difference is that the admin-jail is a punishment which is given after the admin situation has been over, and the case has been fully dealt with. After that, the Staff Member will steer up to his discretion, and fill in the required punishment.
If you punish someone, he will go and check up on the rule to avoid getting punished again anyway. You don't need to explain what rule did they break, you got a [reason] input in your admin commands for that.
We undoubtedly have to enlighten them with what they did wrong. Explaining the reported side what rules they broke, and how those rules that were broken work, is one of our essential duties and tasks, after that, he is all open to go and review /rules as many times as he wants.

Yeah, all right. I understand you now! Can I know how can I get unbanned now?
-
Do you think you will be able to play impartially and reasonably if you are to be unbanned? And will you stop trolling and provoking others and the server itself?
-
Yes, obviously.
