Title: LAG SPIKES After Formatting My Pc In GTAIV

I formatted my pc, so it went from win 10 to win 7 then got gtaiv now i have 20-40fps, every 2 second it goes to 2 fps please help it keeps on freezing after formatting help will be appreciated :(. My specs are Win 7 Pro SP 1 Pentium Dual Core CPU E5300 @2.60GHZ 2GB RAM 64BIT

I checked performance of memory it is fully used it may be the problem how do i clear memory space? It is full when gtaivmp is on help

Have you enabled SuperFetch?

SuperFetch is handy for faster program startups by preloading RAM with commonly used programs upon startup, however this is not handy for games, especially with low amount of RAM.
(You have 2GB, while the bare minimum today is atleast 8GB for solid gaming)

SuperFetch not handy with low RAM or High RAM? Sorry didn't understand well.

Is there any program for memory cleaner? In win10 lag spikes came in 15mins but now win 7 every second I just installed some software needed to play gtaiv (after formatting c drive)

SuperFetch will not use ur ram, it uses ur hard disk.
U can disable it, but next time ur pc will startup slowly.

I use this commandline. This atleast lets me higher my resolution to max with ease and doesnt mees with texture's.

Remove the -windowed if you wanna play full screen. I added it for testing
