To: Liberty City Court.

It has come to my attention that there is a illegal weapons store in Liberty City that sells military grade weapons to the local citizens.

We have informed the named person Mr Bad to cease and desist his current illegal activies which he ignored.

As the former Judge Conway stated

This means they are now allowed to do what act. 10.5 says. However, be aware that act 10.3 and act 10.4 are very much alive. Individuals cannot possess and sell the illegal weapons and can be prosecuted for this. Also new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3.

The three ammu-nations stated above are already known weapon dealers for a long time and they have proven their service to the state. They are therefor registered weapon dealers from now on.

My client owns all of these legal stores that are allowed to sell the current weaponry, there for we demand Mr Bad to stop with his current affairs,
And being brought to justice for his illegal activities as we care about the safety of our citizens of Liberty City.

Our demands of this lawsuit:
Cease and desist the illegal sales and store

I am not the only dealer who got a store without license. As others are selling guns i can too.
Alsoi owned my ammunation store for 1 year ! and i have requested a licience for my store and the court refused for "only 3 guns will be liciensed in LC" which they are owned by mr Stark!
Other than that i dont think that selling guns from my store is making dangers on LC. they buy from my store or from a stark's stores , guns are the same !
There are more than 6 stores. The client is free to choose whenever to buy from mine or others.

but still feels good that i am getting Mr Starks attention. *smiles*

The claims of Judge Mane_Jugovics bias attitude have been noted, the court will handled by another judge, but the defendant will need to explain how and when did Judge Mane_Jugovic come into conflict of interest and was bias to the plaintiff.

To Badboy Dhia.

You claim that there are more stores then yours who sell these type of illegal weaponry to the public but you haven't brought it to justice to put an end to it? I even reviewed your attempt to get a license for selling these type of weapons, which you didn't get accepted to until your store was atleast 3 months old as your current business store wasn't proven as a quality store. I got the former Temp judge of Liberty City Court.

I know for a fact Mr Dhia you haven't filed for another license to become a legal store even when you do tell the public buyers that you are a licensed store that has been allowed to sell such weaponry to the public.

I'm asking you now as a lawyer Mr Dhia, do you see the court as a joke to you? You didn't even care to respond to my evidence of your false advertising. And that business you sold is not what I mean, I'm currently talking about the one you own now. What you owned in the past doesn't matter here. It's what you have in your possession right now.

And how am I misleading the jury? I just state the current facts to this lawsuit against you and noone else here. If you are willing to use desperate attempts to gain the upperhand by all means continue.

Demands should be enforced as of now, the sale of illegal guns should stop or there will be dire consistences.
