Well I have been looking around the internet for low pc mods. I am trying to make a mod pack for people with extremely bad pcs get their games to work, at good fps and maintaining as much user experience as possible.
I am testing various mods so that I can see which mods suit well and which dont change gameplay experience drastically or give you advantage over players.
Anyone who knows about any mods that help in increasing FPS or anything, please post here. I will make a list of mods that are good and reliable and make a mod pack for you people to make your game better.
Looking forward for replies, each mod will be tested by me. But it would be better that different people also test them so i can be sure they actually work. All of the mods that I test and find good enough would be posted for others to test and if you test them you are requested to share your experience and whether the mod worked.
Before finalising the mod package, I will send over the mod pack to someone of the Staff so that they can approve those mods.
Please note that mods that I am trying to assemble are performance increasing mods only, any mod that provided you an unfair advantage over any other player is not welcomed and will reported.

Visual IV , But be aware. Each FPS "Increasing" mod has its own files , you might need to replace them with other mods too and get lost....

Yes i know that. I have a timecyc and a draw distance reducer and 1 thing that lowers the visual quality to lower than game allows. Since ivmp doesnt have peds, we should get a huge relief with that thing. Plus removal of unnecessary props is also tried and may help people with really crappy pcs. I wouldn't recommend that for those who can run gta iv above 15 fps.
I am looking for a low resolution texture pack. If anyone knows about any of it then please post the link here.

Tree tops/Bushes removal could even extend visual and help a lot and also increase FPS. I don't know if it still gives an advantage on other players , But for sure it increases FPS.

Yeah that is good. The things that may give player advantages is disabling spawning of walls and changing the code to such that there is nothing in that area. I have tried it and i can move through areas with former walls with ease. So thats a no no

I found a low texture mod. It effects the trees and props like trash and other things like it.
The trees looks a hell lotta crappy but it may suit some people with FPS needs.
