To Argonath Court.

This letter is an suggestion for the Goverment of Argonath and court.
It's time for Argonath citizens to consider of making Cannabis Therapy legal for use for it's healing power. There is no doubt that the uses of Medical Marijuana are almost unlimited and it's the best solution for many treathment cases, without to mentition the low cost of the Medical Marijuana production, unlike the expensive treatments they used to be before.
Our Corporation suggests a balanced method plan that gonna be usefull for the Goverment and consequently for the citizens too.

Explanation/Guide.

1) First you have to talk with Medical Cannabis certified doctor's, and
   explain them (RP) the reasson,you want to start therapy with,
   Medical Marijuana.

2) After that, the doctor gonna decide if the person actually needs the therapy or not.
    If have been aproved for therapy they have to visit the Hospital and pass,
    a commission, of professional psychologists and physicians (RP).

3) Finaly when you pass all the bureaucracy, you can buy legal Medical Marijuana.
   (Every person that has been accepted for Medical Therapy has a limit of purchasing 100g
   Max per 8h.for fixed price of (12,00$) per gram)
•Extra Feature : Weekly Medical Subscription.
Gonna be explained after we found if this gonna be added at all!


Benefits Overview.

(I) Every unique person will be  listed to our database, we will keep their anonymity hidden
   from the public.
(LCPD 'n FBI have full rights to inspect the (Protocol Database) list for their
 investigations) if needed.

(II) Taxes are going to be applied for medical cannabis, Argonath Government will decide the percentage of the taxes..
(Medical Cannabis will be fixed at 12$ per gram, with the taxes applied.)

(III) The cooperate with the Government of Argonath, and the Cannabis Therapy™ will lead to a dramatic reduction of crime activity, and will fight the drug trafficking issues

A lot of this just sounds like weed dealing.

If you want to use it for medical treatment, WHEN it is approved, obtain some and give the amount that is NEEDED. They should not buy it from your company.

I recommend that you create a court case in the People's Court, that allows your medical company to give sick/injured people sufficient treatment.

However, if this is a cover for drug transmission, then you will eventually be brought to justice.

Just chucking my five cents in.

I appreciate your point of view but I guarantee you that we have nothing to do with illegal Cannabis Trafficking at all. our company will make appropriate actions to eliminate illegality and corruption moves that may occure.
We would like to hear the court what have to say, and we can make whatever changes they think should be made.

It is good that you want to use it for medical reasons, and you should! However, your methods are basically dealing weed.

As I remember , Smoking them in your owned house is Legal and would restore HP , not really sure about it.

I have to mention to you that the point is not how the citizens are using the Medical Marijuana. Instead  you have to consider how they get it, I personaly know many cases with guys where busted for growing weed for their personal use.
A normal person usually will get cannabis from a gang/street dealer.They engage in crime situations that are not necessary for their medical usage of marijuana.

(( you can just rp the weed and instead of using real weed just imagine it to be there and be a medic to heal the person

The idea was about to make it possible to buy Marijuana legaly in the State of Argonath, by the goverment eye for Medical use and not to pretend (RP) a simple EMS heal.
My idea is to certify some producers for a specific ammount of legal growing Marijuana that will be stored in our Cannabis Therapy™ wharehouse with all the necessary guarding measures.

What you're proposing may be abused, plus, marijuana is not needed for healing.

Anyone can visit a hospital or a restaurant and they'll be fine.

Give us a legitimate reason why a marijuana treatment clinic should be allowed to produce illegal drugs and why it should be legal, as there are other ways to heal.
