Located in North Point Mall.
This business made about 800K since i acquired it.
Has a bit of stock left in it (As of writing this).
The shop is infamous for having the lowest in the city, so its the go-to location for many clients. But you can change the prices.

Note: the place recently burnt down, but we renovated it and now its just as new! This is why the base price is higher than the other 2 tool shops in the city.
Also note: Shop does not include the car and the cop in the picture. Does include the chainsaw.

Codes won't work with auction as you will pay directly to the player who will then use /sellplace

Codes only work on unowned properties that you buy with /buyplace
