COURT CASE #01

The Federal Democrats Political Party are reaching out to benefit the United States of Argonath as a whole.

Currently, we operate in Liberty City, however, if we want to benefit more than a single city, we have to expand.

The FDP wish to expand and create a branch in Vice City. We always prioritize the citizens first. We would like a few things from the courts.

The requests are as follows:

We are given copyright over the following terms:
"FDP"
"Federal Democratic Party"
"Federal Democrats Political Party"

We also request that we're declared the official political party of Vice City.

We request that we would have our independent thoughts and ideas on the current as well as the future laws.

We also request the right to challenge the laws in the Court and certain power to change it as per proper voting session.

We request to be the active opposition political party in the parliament of United States of Argonath and we seek to create new, necessary positions with proper election sessions, with support from the government.

We thank the courts for their time invested in this case.

OFFICIAL COURT RESPONSE

In adding a few remarks to the applicant's matter, copyright can be granted through the form of a copyright application, it shall be done so in another topic and not consolidated with any legal proposals or changes to the legal system.

The Interim Constitution does not establish nor recognise political parties and there is no legislature for such a political party to be active in, for that reason the Court cannot grant any sort of "official" status with regards to a political entity.

Any citizen or organisation can have their own opinions and thoughts on laws and government policy that is clearly provided for in Section II, Ordinance I of the Interim Constitution.

The Court has always allowed the challenging of laws by any citizen so long as their challenge has legal merits. A change to the laws however will not possible until the creation of a legislature, for that reason the Court will continue to hold the power to make, amend and repeal laws.

And finally there is no parliament or legislature in Argonath.

The Court orders the registrar to draw up an order to dismiss the application and legal requests.
