Terms

• Said belongings worth $200,000, if the receiver Rey_soprano fails to repay the sum before the deadline the business #18 will be forcefully removed from their possession and given to Drake_Soprano.
• The business #18 owned by Rey_Soprano is not allowed to sell/giveaway during the meantime (until deadline), if done, the bank account of Rey_Soprano would be taxed until the debt is paid.
• If Rey_Soprano leaves the City for a long time (3 months) while indebted, the bank account of Rey_Soprano will be taxed until the debt is paid.
• If the business #18 is auctioned in the meantime (until deadline), the sum of money of winning bid will be given to Drake_Soprano.
