Mr.Smaug Collingwood I am willing to buy the Starfish house but not have enough money . So i will pay by Emi method where i will pay you 10k everyday until I pay all the Prize of them.If you agree the contract it will be so grateful!!

Buyer Sign-Tom 215
Paying process-Emi process where i will pay the following Seller 10k everyday
Real Property prize-350,000 ARD
Prize Demanded-As the Seller wish.

you can't for now, since the property you're wanting is currently on an auction.
You could wait for a few weeks and work out a contract and do it.
