To Liberty City Court:

Honorable Judge Jugovic, it has come to my attention as our last case against Badboydhia Guns was a complete failure on the behalf of the defendants part. On date of February 13th 2018 we demanded that Mr Dhia's gunstore would cease and desist the current sales of military graded weapons. As I have acquired proof of him still selling military graded weaponry.

As my proof of him still selling the weaponry we demanded to be stopped to be sold to the public.
He has blatantly refused to the court orders, ignored the court.
He even ignored Jackson & Wright's demand of this case and shown a disrespectful behaviour towards everyone with this.

Our demands of this lawsuit: That Mr Dhia pays the lawyer and court fee of 10,000$ ARD to Jackson & Wright, that he will be refused to acquire the proper licenses to sell military graded weapons.

To Liberty City Court: Honorable judge and jury, it has come to my attention that Mr Dhia has really ignored the former case against him when it comes to sell illegal weaponry.

This piece of evidence was found today at his other weapons store. I wonder how long he will continue distribute these illegal military graded weapons without having the proper licenses for it. Mr Dhia is making a mockery out of this court and the justice society. He totally ignores every single demanded we requested before and was granted by the court.

Dear court
I'm badgirldhia lawyer of badboydhia, with all respect to the court we must ask for a minimum of 2 weeks before we are obliged to remove any traces of previously legal now illegal weapons.
Our two stores hold around 800 pieces of now illegal guns, we are unable to remove them from the stores in such short time, without the risk of part of guns ends up on the street!

To Badgirldhia: Do you realize that this is not how it works? You don't get 2 weeks to "remove" the guns when we do know you are just gonna distribute the weapons to the public anyways.
You were told to not to sell military graded weapons before but you added them back to your stores again. You act as if the court is a playground, for you to toy around with. And I have evidence of it.

You made an ad for everyone that you are selling your weapons, even when you were told before not to sell any military graded weapons.. So I have to ask you. Why?

To Badgirldhia: Yes I can prove it towards you. You have already been convicted for selling illegal weapons, and you still continue doing it. Do tell me how are you suppose to "remove" the weapons from your stores? By giving them out to the public or selling them for a cheaper price? Why are you trying to prove? That you can fool the justice society? You failed that miserably by getting caught with your hands in the cookie jar once again. "Edited" I forgot to mention one thing too.. You are not allowed to touch those weapons at all. They are evidence of the court now. Any sale or gift of those weapons may hurt your case even more.

I need to intervene as critical steps have been bypassed/overlooked.

Please see the previous ruling on private parties/persons bringing subjects to court for criminal matters:

Federal Democratic Party is not an official law enforcement agency, nor is it nor has it ever been authorized to represent the State in any matters inside or outside the Courts.

As a civilian group, the evidences gathered should have been given to the LCPD or the FBI who would conduct an investigation and confirm the validity of the evidences and then make a case if warranted.

Does the FDP have anything to add?

The case quoted above was also a case against the defendant for selling illegal weapons.

In the current case as well the evidence/complaint needs to be made with the FBI or the LCPD who will then investigate and bring criminal charges to the court by way of the State.

If the plaintiff has a civil claim to make against the defendant then they should resubmit their suit as a civil suit and not a criminal prosecution as this case seems to portray.

A civil suit would need to prove that a breach of contract between the plaintiff and defendant has occurred, or that the plaintiff was harmed in some way (physically or financially) due to the defendants actions.

I suggest that this case be closed and that the suing party resubmit their case as a civil case, or allow law enforcement to make their criminal case first.

I would allow the representative to comment/argue this decision before the case is closed.

I just read this about being a civil case? I know very well it's April 1st today so this won't do much then to make me even more interested in why LCPD didn't just come to me about it this from the beginning as they knew I had filed a courtcase against him before. And who is Federal Democratic Party? This is written by the me Danny Jackson attorney at law from the law firm of Jackson & Wright. This is a breach of contract therefor I made a new courtcase against him. So do tell me where you want to go with this?

Close this court case down. As the jury deemed this to be invalid.
