A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.
As of now, all three known ammu-nation stores are registered weapon dealers. These are the following:
- Dillon St. Montauk Ammu-nation
- Cavity Lane, Bismarck Ave Ammu-nation
- Odhner Ave, Traeger road Ammu-nation
This means they are now allowed to do what act. 10.5 says. However, be aware that act 10.3 and act 10.4 are very much alive. Individuals cannot possess and sell the illegal weapons and can be prosecuted for this. Also new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3.
The three ammu-nations stated above are already known weapon dealers for a long time and they have proven their service to the state. They are therefor registered weapon dealers from now on.
I'd like to thank the LCPD for acting quickly on this. They are the real protectors of Liberty City.
Case dismissed.

the court will issue a license in 45 days on July 1st 2018 (totaling 90 days) assuming all conditions are met.I would like to inform the court judge And the LCPD Chief And the Spokesman of Liberty City Jury And Mr.Jackson & Wright (since he interfere to this court case), that the 45days are finaly done !

I Mr Badboydhia, want to request a guns shop license so i can freely sell guns with military grades.
I already requested in the past but the judge said to re request in the future. So after a very long time only 3 shops got granted with a license.
I think its time to grant more. Actually im already selling this grade in my shops and i know its not allowed thats why i wanted to request , so i make everything legal also to make sure that no damages gets caused from selling it.
