To Court of Liberty City

Honorable judges and jury members. I bring this matter to your attention as my old case deemed to be invalid I come towards you with this. My client Mr Lucchese has brought this to my attention that Mr Dhia is damaging his current licensed businesses with his blackmarket stores that are located at Carrollton St Willis

And at Alcatraz Ave Little Bay in Bohan

My client stores are legal to sell any licensed weapon as it was approved by the former state judge James Conway

Quote
As of now, all three known ammu-nation stores are registered weapon dealers. These are the following:
Dillon St. Montauk Ammu-nation
Cavity Lane, Bismarck Ave Ammu-nation
Odhner Ave, Traeger road Ammu-nation

This means they are now allowed to do what act. 10.5 says. However, be aware that act 10.3 and act 10.4 are very much alive. Individuals cannot possess and sell the illegal weapons and can be prosecuted for this. Also new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3.

The three ammu-nations stated above are already known weapon dealers for a long time and they have proven their service to the state. They are therefor registered weapon dealers from now on.

My client and his associates owns two of these stores.

Located at Bismarck Ave Ammu-Nation Algonquin China Town

And at Dillon St Broker/Dukes

However it didn't take me 10 months to gather the evidence of all these stores as it took for LCPD to do against Mr Dhia in their criminal case towards him. How can this been slipped through the fingers for over 10 months? Isn't the safety of the citizens of Liberty City a priority? To serve and protect which they have failed to do or I wouldn't be filing this courtcase against Mr Dhia. As proof of it

LCPD I'm asking you how could you let this man sell his weaponry illegal for over 10 month period without taking any actions? We all work for the same cause, to live in a safe and peaceful city.

Demands:

Mr Badboy has to pay for legal fees of 20,000$ ARD to Jackson & Wright for ignoring their former court demands.

Addition 15,000$ ARD to my my client for his loss and suffering of his businesses.

That will be all for now and I hope you all take this seriously.

Congratulations you found his shops, shame we found thousand drug dealers, weapon dealers, illegal shops, corrupted cases inside same Law Enforcement Agencies and a lot of interesting things more.
Instead of making a formal report to the LCPD you decided to act on your own. I didn't receive any message about this court case, I just found it on the Court Hall.
It's like you see a thief robbing a house and you ask yourself why the police isn't there when you aren't calling the police at all (which is not supposed to know about the current crime if it doesn't get called) and then you claim they failed to serve and protect.

Error.
LCPD works to live in a safe and peaceful world. You're an attorney company, stay within your boundaries. It is fine if you wish to help us, but do not overtake.

To Officer Steven.

Dear Steven, we both work for the same cause, to protect the innocent from harm. I'm not here to overtake anything I'm just doing my job to serve the citizens of Liberty City in a court matter. As you said you have found thousands of weapon dealers and illegal shops, how come you didn't find both of his shops? And acting on my own? Well I do recall someone went around my last case and made on of their own instead of talking to me about what I've found before and if we could work together instead.. But you didn't do that. Like LCPD went against my clients store. He redeemed himself by selling legal weaponry to obtain his licenses to sell military graded weaponry. However the one who hasn't done that is the person I'm currently filing a case against. Which you however have been ignoring for 10 months. I got nothing else to say about this. If you want to talk about it, you can always call me at my number 7842.

The Jury of the Liberty City, has reached a verdict in the absence of the defendant.

The following fines are added to the defendant:
