I have problem with house/cars radio, the custom one. It doesn't work. Tried reinstalling the game many times and it's still the same.

Probably after the update has a bug or something like that, /help it's not work too.

Alright let's start troubleshooting.
Does the station play on SP?
Are you sure of the quality of the WMA/MP3 you put on the folder?
Is the game installed correctly on it's recommended path?
Is the music path folder right with the correct folder access/permision?
Do you 'scan' the folder via GTA SA Settings after you insert your beloved songs?
Are you running the game on crack?
Have you tried deleting gta_sa.set?

Are you referring to the User Track Player that allows you to import your favorite songs or the internet radio script? Keep in mind for the internet radio to work, your volume for the SP radio in your GTA settings menu must be above mute for you to hear it.
