Liberty Supreme Court
Liberty State
Dear Court, I am Ms. badGirldhia, legal representative of Mr. badboydhia . I wish to bring proceedings against Mane_Lucchese(‘the Defendant’) in the Justice Court.
The following claim will be brought against Mane_Lucchese:
It is submitted that the Defendant has been selling goods in violation of Act 12.2 of the Criminal Laws of Liberty City.
Act 12.2
Business owners are forbidden to unitely increase prices on their products in order to leave the customer no choice on where and for what price to buy a product. This also damages fair competition mentioned in the previous act.
I humbly submit that the aforementioned act have occurred at the Defendant’s Ammunations .
-The first shop is located on the corner of Dillon St. and Montauk Ave. in Downtown Broker (/gps ammu nation 1)
-The second shop is located in Chinatown, Algonquin. It is on Bismarck Ave., across the road from Cavity Lane in a Tattoo Parlor. (/gps ammu nation 2)
Submission of evidence
Your Honor, I would like to present the following pieces of evidence.
First store
Evidence 1 :
This is a picture of the shop .

Evidence 2 :
a picture of the pricelist of the first store has been taken on 31/03/2018!

Evidence 3 :
a picture of the pricelist of the first store has been taken on 8/05/2018!
Its clear from thoes pictures that the owner of the Ammu nation 1 Mr.Mane_Lucchese increased the price of :
advanced-sniper from 400$ to 450$
assault-SMG from 300$ to 350$
Advanced-MG from 350$ to 400$
Second store
Evidence 1 :
This is a picture of the shop .
Evidence 2 :
a picture of the pricelist of the first store has been taken on 3/04/2018!
Evidence 3 :
a picture of the pricelist of the first store has been taken on 8/05/2018!
As we can see just after the store is (transfered / sold) from Mr.zeus koslov to Mr.mane_lucchese !
the defendant increased the price of
AK-47 from 100$ to 160$
Auto-Shotgun from 300$ tp 350$
i notice that the defendant is abusing the fact that he is the only one who own licenced guns stores to increase prices in order to leave the customers with no choice on where and for what price to buy a product.
I would like to inform the jury that Mr badboydhia wont accept any apology will be made the defandant .
Requests/demands
I humbly request that the court acts as follows:
1. A court order directing the Defendant to stop increasing the price of his goods in breach of the fair competition law,
2. Obtain damages of 20,000$ ARD for the loss that Guns store (owned by Mr. badboydhia) has suffered as a consequence of the Defendant’s actions.

Honored Court, Jury, and Judge.
I'm the Defendant Mane_Lucchese I will represent the Lucchese Inc owners of the Ammu Nation brand and its managers.
First, I would like to point out we have acquired all necessary licenses and follow all regulations of legal gun sale.
File 1.
The Gun trading license given to respective owners of those ammu nations at that given time.
Act 10.5
A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.
As of now, all three known ammu-nation stores are registered weapon dealers. These are the following:
- Dillon St. Montauk Ammu-nation
- Cavity Lane, Bismarck Ave Ammu-nation
- Odhner Ave, Traeger road Ammu-nation
This means they are now allowed to do what act. 10.5 says. However, be aware that act 10.3 and act 10.4 are very much alive. Individuals cannot possess and sell the illegal weapons and can be prosecuted for this. Also, new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3.
The three ammu-nations stated above are already known weapon dealers for a long time and they have proven their service to the state. They are therefor registered weapon dealers from now on.
I'd like to thank the LCPD for acting quickly on this. They are the real protectors of Liberty City.
Case dismissed.
Since then we have grown from owning just one Ammu Nation to owning all 3 Legal Gun stores.
But as here in question are only Stores Ammu Nation and Ammu Nation 2.
File 2.
The claim on the Act 12.2
Business owners are forbidden to unitely increase prices on their products in order to leave the customer no choice on where and for what price to buy a product. This also damages fair competition mentioned in the previous act.
We are merely doing our part in correspondence to LCPD efforts to keep guns off the streets of Liberty City, with the closing and usage of the illegal gun stores, we have made efforts to keep the guns off the streets by raising the prices so that it's not so easily obtainable, also we are offering a legal cheaper variant to illegal gun sale that is sticking to higher prices.
Also, I would like to note for court and the plaintiff that prices of guns in all Ammu Nation stores can be raised further.
File 3.
I would like to note to court that the plaintiff is the owner of the recently revealed illegal gun store, and is rather controversial of his to claim he has loosed due to our price raising, that would imply he is still selling illegal guns, in order to have any loss in income.
Plantiffs Demand #2
2. Obtain damages of 20,000$ ARD for the loss that Guns store (owned by Mr. badboydhia) has suffered as a consequence of the Defendant’s actions.
Cases:

Stark Ammu Nation vs BadBoy Guns (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=123486.0)
From this 4 cases we can clearly see that the plaintiff has been found guilty in all of the cases and ordered to stop the sale of illegal guns, and again the conclusion that he didn't stop comes to my mind, the only way to explain his damage demands.
That brings us again to Plantiffs Demand #2
2. Obtain damages of 20,000$ ARD for the loss that Guns store (owned by Mr. badboydhia) has suffered as a consequence of the Defendant’s actions.
File 4.
Guns that are sold by Ammu Nation brand are almost exclusively graded Army grade and require File 1. license in order to sell.
For plaintiffs, loss is based on following guns as per his evidence on our stores:
Store 1 - Evidence 1/2/3
Advanced-sniper German DSR-1 from 400$ to 450$
Assault-SMG FN P90 from 300$ to 350$
Advanced-MG M249 from 350$ to 400$
Store 2 - Evidence 1/2/3
AK-47 AK-47 from 100$ to 160$
Auto-Shotgun MPS AA-12from 300$ tp 350$
We have been liberate enough to bold the guns that are Army Grade and that have been presented by plaintiff as the base for money lost, and would like to comment that the plaintiff has no license to sell guns of this grade and that he did apply for a license. Also, we have added the real model names next to merchant names that plaintiff used, the real model names that are used in Act 10.3 are added for a better understanding of our claims.
Laws
Act 10.3
Remington model 1100 TAC 4 Combat shotgun, SW MP-10 submachine gun, AK-47, M4A1, German DSR-1, MPS AA-12, FN P90, M249 and PSG-1 are classified as military-class weapons and only Law Enforcers are permitted to possess and operate these, and only when performing their duties.
Act 10.5
A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.
File 5.
License request for guns shop (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=123939.0)
From File 5. we can see that the plaintiff doesn't have the needed license to sell guns that he mentioned as the base for money lost. Therefore we can presume he has taken part in illegal sale of army-grade guns and has unfortunately for him informed the esteemed court that he has lost money due to our price raising action as correspondence to LCPD actions against illegal gun sale, exactly this was our goal to expose illegal gun traders
who have lost money due to us selling guns cheaper than them.
20,000$ is a lot of money to lose on gun sale, we can only presume that our raising of prices for 50$ means that the plaintiff has sold ( 20,000$/50$=400 ) 400 units of weapons less than the month before, we call that a job well done by Ammu Nation. We will continue to support LCPD effort for control of the illegal gun sale, as all illegal gun traders can see, we will offer guns at a cheaper price then you!
I would like to note for the court that the real amount that was sold is yet to be defined, but I'm sure that LCPD will handle the illegal gun traders in future.
Per Liberty City laws that are clear:
Demands of Lucchese Inc. are as following:
-For LCPD to open a case against the plaintiff using facts we pointed out as the base for illegal gun sale for the amount of at least 400 weapons to unknown clients.
-The maximum detention of plaintiff of 8 years (8 min per Act 10.6)
Act 10.6
Acts 10.4 and 10.5 are punishable by up to 8 minutes of jail.
-The removal of all stock that is found in the plaintiffs gun stores ( /exportstock to an LCPD vault/armory)
-A reimbursement in the same amount as he requested, 20.000$ ARD, for slander and false accusations of the plaintiff.
-Denial of legal gun sale license to plaintiff.
-Reset of mandatory 3 months of legal gun sale before he can reapply for legal army grade gun sale.

i notice that the defendant is abusing the fact that he is the only one who own licenced guns stores to increase prices in order to leave the customers with no choice on where and for what price to buy a product.

We have used facts presented by the plaintiff to make our arguments.
The plaintiff claims of 20.000$ ARD money lose in business income, can only lead to conclusion he is still taking part in illegal gun trade, we have already explain this in our intro to this case.
The plaintiff is trying to repair damage that he did with this case, we can all see that he has said in public he removed and isn't selling any illegal weapons, but again we are back to the 20,000$ ARD lose.
The plaintiff is trying to get away with some sort of plot, where he sells illegal guns has money lose and claim he dose not sell illegal weapons.
Plaintiff has countered his own claims in this case so much, its not even clear to us what is he trying to accomplish.
As Lucchese Inc stand behind all that was written here, again we will say we were clear and punctual with our demands and claims, if court wishes for a further elaboration we will be sure to comply.
As for the plaintiffs laughing at our demands he should re read them, to be clear to him we did mean all weapons, legal or not.
If plaintiff has a way to explain how his claims he sustained business damage and didn't sell no illegal gun while using 5 army grade guns as base for his money lose claims, we will be more then willing to hear him out.

Mr.Mane u are not sued for selling military grades guns ! but u are sued because you increase the price of guns trying to leave the customer no choice on where and for what price to buy a product.
Mrs. badgirl.dhia:
You need to make clear to the court if this is a civil case against the defendant or a criminal one. The court has already ruled on numerous occasions that criminal cases must be made by the state on behalf of LCPD/Noose/FBI, not the citizenry. Please see the previous ruling on this matter.
I need to intervene as critical steps have been bypassed/overlooked.
Please see the previous ruling on private parties/persons bringing subjects to court for criminal matters:
Federal Democratic Party is not an official law enforcement agency, nor is it nor has it ever been authorized to represent the State in any matters inside or outside the Courts.
As a civilian group, the evidences gathered should have been given to the LCPD or the FBI who would conduct an investigation and confirm the validity of the evidences and then make a case if warranted.
Does the FDP have anything to add?
The case quoted above was also a case against the defendant for selling illegal weapons.
In the current case as well the evidence/complaint needs to be made with the FBI or the LCPD who will then investigate and bring criminal charges to the court by way of the State.
If the plaintiff has a civil claim to make against the defendant then they should resubmit their suit as a civil suit and not a criminal prosecution as this case seems to portray.
A civil suit would need to prove that a breach of contract between the plaintiff and defendant has occurred, or that the plaintiff was harmed in some way (physically or financially) due to the defendants actions.
I suggest that this case be closed and that the suing party resubmit their case as a civil case, or allow law enforcement to make their criminal case first.
I would allow the representative to comment/argue this decision before the case is closed.
If this is a criminal case you need to send your evidence to a law enforcement agency to conduct the investigation and present the case to the court for violation of the act(s) you are claiming.
If this is a civil case then please explain to the court the basis on your request for $20.000 in losses that you claim to have suffered when you posses no such license to sell the guns in which you claim are overpriced hence causing you financial loss.
-
this is a civil case against the defendant!
yes we dont have licence to sell military grades
but we sell legal guns !
like knife , bat ets..

The defense recognizes claims of the plaintiff.
The Ammu Nation would also like to say that we sell no melee weapons of any sort at the moment, nor in the last few months.
We fail to see relations of melee weapons sale and our price raise on army grade weapons and the 20,000$ ARD lose.
Lucchese Inc representative:

The court has asked the plaintiff to articulate how the sale of military grade weapons by a licensed provider has impacted the sales of his own non-military weapons as a non-licensed seller.
The plaintiff's response to the court:
this is a civil case against the defendant!
yes we dont have licence to sell military grades
but we sell legal guns !
like knife , bat ets..
the defandant damages the fair competitiom ! we lost our clients due to that !
no one come to our shop anymore
they used to come and buy knifes and bats ! now my clients draw to the defendant store !
we lost clients = we lost money !
The court and jury views the plaintiff's response to the court as inapplicable to the inquiry as well as an attempt to distract from the question.
The court and jury have reviewed the key elements of this case and conclude that the plaintiff bases the foundation of his case on the following:
Its clear from thoes pictures that the owner of the Ammu nation 1 Mr.Mane_Lucchese increased the price of :
advanced-sniper from 400$ to 450$
assault-SMG from 300$ to 350$
Advanced-MG from 350$ to 400$
the defendant increased the price of
AK-47 from 100$ to 160$
Auto-Shotgun from 300$ tp 350$
The plaintiff has stated to the court that his business has lost profits due to the increase in price of these weapons, however these weapons require a license to sell which the plaintiff does not posses.
The court can see no reasonable situation where a business authorized to sell military grade weapons could effect the profits of a business without authorization to sell them. If the plaintiff wishes to sell military grade weapons he should go through the application process for the license to sell them.
This case is hereby dismissed.
