TO: Spokesman of Liberty City Jury Mane Jugovic, the Defendant
SUBJECT: SEVERE STATE OF CONCERN
Honorable Liberty City Jury Spokesman, Liberty Jury and Defendant,
The LCPD and NOOSE would like to thank the Spokesman of Liberty City Jury Mane Jugovic for allowing me, LCPD Chief of Police and N.O.O.S.E. Commander Anthony Washington to reply on this court case.
The LCPD would like to state out it's severe concerns in another legal guns shop request. The LCPD and N.O.O.S.E. believe that allowing more shops to sell military grade weapons will increase the crime in Liberty City, which will result in a situation in Liberty City that the LCPD and NOOSE cannot coop with.
The Liberty City Jury Spokesman Mane Jugovic has clearified the following stated below.

Case LCPD vs Ammu Nation owners. (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=118897.0)
Act 10.5
A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.
As of now, all three known ammu-nation stores are registered weapon dealers. These are the following:
- Dillon St. Montauk Ammu-nation
- Cavity Lane, Bismarck Ave Ammu-nation
- Odhner Ave, Traeger road Ammu-nation
This means they are now allowed to do what act. 10.5 says. However, be aware that act 10.3 and act 10.4 are very much alive. Individuals cannot possess and sell the illegal weapons and can be prosecuted for this. Also new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3.
The three ammu-nations stated above are already known weapon dealers for a long time and they have proven their service to the state. They are therefor registered weapon dealers from now on.
I'd like to thank the LCPD for acting quickly on this. They are the real protectors of Liberty City.
Case dismissed.
All 3 are at the moment owned by Lucchese Company. store names are Ammu Nation, Ammu Nation 2, Ammu Nation 3
Signed:
Mane Lucchese
In the statement above can be seen that there are already 3 gun shops shops in Liberty City that are allowed to sell military grade weapons. The LCPD and NOOSE would like to request the Liberty Jury to disregard any current or future legalised gun shop requests due to the cities safety.
If any future or current gun shops will be allowed to sell military grade weapons, the Liberty City Police Department and National Office of Security Enforcement will question the indepenence level of the Liberty Jury, Liberty City Jury Spokesman and Liberty City Judges due to their actions against a safer city. This might result in the Liberty City Police Department and National Office of Security Enforcement to abandon the hunt for military grade weapons, causing an unsafe city for the citizens of Liberty City.
Signed,
Anthony Washington
LCPD Chief of Police

Respected Court,
As per what the Chief said in the above, the Chief said crimes will increase. Every single person owns a gun from the above 3 licensed gun shops as mentioned above. if u give more license how will it increase the crimes? if the current licensed ones are giving out guns most of the people buys it from them. Crimes are not based guns its based on the mentality of a person, physical behaviour, teaching by parents etc. Consider me as a normal citizen of Liberty City I buy guns from above licensed gun shops next moment i want to shoot down civilians and cops? Giving more license will not affect anything, everyone owes guns from above licensed gun shops. I guess you understand my point. Do you think its safer city? I would like to mention again All civilians own a gun whether poor/rich, adding more licensed ones is not a problem. As per what the Jury Spokesman Mane Jugovic clarified "Also new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3." Waiting for the decision from the Honorable Court. In future if is denied it will create mass struggles and civil war, the amount of illegal weapons dealers will increase as this is income for middle class/upper class sections by selling and It will make the city corrupt. As what the Chief said "The LCPD and NOOSE would like to request the Liberty Jury to disregard any current or future legalized gun shop requests due to the cities safety." Will make problems what I mentioned above. Thanks to the court for letting me speak in the court. The future is in your hands.
