My friend got a problem, here is an ss

All these steps i made it by my own on a Windows 10 laptop and on Windows 7 potato pc.

try installing c++ 2005 the one inside  gta iv package

actually i saw in some forums that to solve the problem we should uninstall C++ 2005 xd ill tell him to reinstall

Problem is solved, he used a program that installs C++ from 2005 to 2013.
