Why do you want LCC to be optional? It's officially supported by us. If you don't you'll get weird colors and weird tunes. Alot of faction cars will look ugly etc. Cars are tuned and colored based on the mod.

So that we can play sp normally?

Doesn't it come with an uninstaller?

No
Oh. Then what's the one that I have in my PC? Lmao
-
so the server has moved from build 10 to build 11?
cuase i have the build 11 already

The client will now load its custom configuration files instead of replacing GTA's,
This should mean that LCC is not loading unless you are playing IV:MP T4
Single player is without LCC unless you specifically overwrite the default vehicle images
Also, I am pretty sure there was uninstaller for LCC in the main EFLC folder xd
Edit: What you just need to do now is to remove LCC from the single player [if there is any] and you are all good. Because IV:MP T4 will still load it from EFLC/TBoGT/LCC/ custom folder
The reason why you need to again remove LCC from single player [if not done earlier on] is because previous versions were overwriting the default vehicles.ide found in EFLC/common/data/.. but now that file won't be used anymore to load the LCC

Do not remove the LCC folder q.q
You just need to overwrite the default files that GTA4/EFLC uses on regular basis.. because previous versions of client/LCC were overwriting the files in order for the mod to work.
More specifically the EFLC/common/data/vehicles.ide -> Get this one back to default version
I am not sure, but I think that the vehicles.ide in TBoGT folder was separated from the start, not sure. So just try to switch that base one stated above.. and check single player
Edit: Also the file in EFLC/TBoGT/content.dat -> Return to default version

yes pap i got the default file of vehicles.ide but all files still the same not deleted or modified

Unless you somehow have overwritten the main vehicle.img files with LCC ones.. that should have done it. Other than that, use the uninstaller that rid posted in the LCC topic
