Title: Court Suggestion
Post by: JackDockz on July 12, 2018, 12:37:01 pm
There should be a board for documentation of Contracts / Loan Agreement's in the Court Hall so that if a civilian want's to set up a contract/loan agreement under the official supervision of courts, he may do that.

Also they have option to make contracts anywhere but the court board will be useful to individuals as it will be public and they have to follow all guidelines and can not scam the other.

No.

To justify my answer, the People's Court is here for civilians to make civil cases, or file loan documentation.

Another court board is not needed in any way.

Unsupported.

I'm not against documenting loans/contracts, but it's officially an agreement between two players. Court has not really much to do with it.

Then what about starting topics in the main court hall board starting with something like [Documentation]?
If anyone wants the court to put a stamp or something, they can ask it there itself.

Court has guideliness and from them players make contracts, its not needed for court to aprove contracts as long as they follow guideliness.

Sure but what about more risky contracts like if I wanna temporarily hand my news channel to someone or any other business and its risky for a private contract plus I would like to get it stamped by the court. So, the agreement is known to everyone and the other civilian can't scam me.

I guess the court can validate a contract? See if its lawful?
