Dear Court, I am Ms. badGirldhia, legal representative of Mr. badboydhia . I wish to bring proceedings against Mane_Lucchese(‘the Defendant’) in the Justice Court.
The following claim will be brought against Mane_Lucchese:
It is submitted that the Defendant has been selling goods in violation of Act 12.1 of the Criminal Laws of Liberty City.
Act 12.1
Fair competition - it is forbidden for a business owner to rapidly lower prices of his products to draw clients from the competition.
I humbly submit that the aforementioned act have occurred at the Defendant’s Ammunation store .
The shop is located on the corner of Dillon St. and Montauk Ave. in Downtown Broker (/gps ammu nation 1)

As we can see from all this evidence that Mr.Mane lowered the price of :
Revolver from 250$ to 180$ (▼-70$)
Assault-SMG from 350$ to 220$ (▼-130$)
Advanced-MG from 400$ to 250$ (▼-150$)
Advanced-Sniper from 450$ to 240$ (▼-210$)
i would like to inform the court and everyone who reads this , that the guns shop (/gps guns) owned by mr.badboydhia is LICENCED and authorized to sell military grade weapons!
Mr badboydhia wont accept any apology will be made the defandant .
Requests/demands
I humbly request that the court acts as follows:
1. A court order directing the Defendant to stop rapidly reducing the price of his goods in breach of the fair competition law,
2. Obtain damages of 10,000$ ARD for the loss that Guns (owned by Mr. badboydhia ) has suffered as a consequence of the Defendant’s action.

We would like the plaintiff to clear who is he suing in this case, he is mentioning me as spokesman of the jury, while he is suing the civilian Lucchese Corporation.
The plaintiff needs to understand he is suing Ammu-Nation, and its brand owners Lucchese Corporation.

at Bismarck Ave Ammu-nation he rapidly lowered the prices of
ak-47 from 160$ to 100$ (▼ -60$ )
shotgun from 150$ to 100$ (▼ -50$ )
also he is selling the parachute for 450$ under the produce stock price (500$)
all this to draw clients from the competition.
