SECTION I. SUMMARY
In a cross operation of the Crime Investigation Unit (C.I.U.) and the Liberty City Police Department (L.C.P.D.) have investigated the drug traffic along Liberty City. We've found that defendant jNewTonik has given 50 grams of Cannabis to our undercover identity.
Below are the footages allegations of everything happened.





SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.
