First of all, I request witness protection because my life will be in great danger after this statement.

One day before the drug deal, I got kidnapped by a criminal group. They were all masked and I couldn't see their faces. They threatened me to pay them 20000$ or they will kill my family. They asked for the money to be paid in 2 days. I had no choice but growing weed when I am off my main fireman job.

During my prison time, my life will be more dangerous than being free as this criminal group may send someone to take me down while in prison so again, I request witness protection.

So for now, after I have read and seen all the evidence. I , CarlosKolta, accept all the charges. But I would like to request lower financial fine as it is too high.
Signed,

CarlosKolta

SUBJECT: LCPD Answer

Dear mister Kolta, LCPD is saddened from the unlucky vicissitude that you've experienced. However the following court case has come up with several solid proofs clearly showing the wrong acts you've done. Thing that hasn't happened with your statement, which lacks solid proofs. We did not receive any call about this event, which makes me think it's an invented story to ask to lower the fine. The fine is based on the amount of weed exchanged. Therefore, LCPD will be against.

Honorable Judge,

We are ok on putting the case on hold as long it doesn't get forgotten.

The LCPD still has no clue about the incident since the defendant didn't bother himself to report it anonymously, and with that we could have provided an escort wherever the victim was going.

Additionally, we would also like to prove that this is a whole lie. As of exhibit number five, where the defendant states that the production and the trade of weed is a second job / hobby apart of the fireman job, in order to earn more money which is differently a fear / prejudice act.

An interrogation is highly classified, only authorized personnel are permitted to partecipate and / or assist it. Therefore the defendant could have spoken about this kidnap, while apparently he didn't.
The Liberty City Police Department (also known as "LCPD" or "state police") is an official recognized law enforcement organisation with highly qualified and trained members, it's not a civillian group which informations could be easily leaked.
It wouldn't make sense that the defendant doesn't talk about this incident infront of the police, but in the court instead, which is a public istitution where civillians are allowed to witness.
This does not rapresent a fear act to us.

Closing, we would also wish the judge to consider Act 4.4 which is the following:

Quote from:  Extract of the Laws of Liberty
Act 4.4
A person who gives contradictory or false statements to the government, courts of Liberty City or LEOs is guilty of perjury.

As proven by the plaintiff's party with the relatative evidences, the defendant has been giving contradictory statements comparing what said in the interrogation and what in the court.

What I said during the interrogation was different as I was already being watched by them. But I said a different statement in the court as I asked for witness protection. If I said that during the interrogation I would have probably been killed by someone sent by the criminal group during my temporary jail time.

During jail time, someone sent by them commit a crime and get sent to jail for 1 reason which is to kill me. Of course with a reward from the criminal gang.

How would they get to know about what you said in the interrogation? It's highly classified, please consider reading again carefully the quote above, NOOSE and LCPD aren't civillian organizations, they are highly skilled and qualified people selected by our high command. I wouldn't love to repeat things, but it doesn't make sense that you come up with these statements in the court of liberty, that could be watched.
We insist with the adding of the perjury charge.

Just saying, claiming that the kidnappers had anyone present at the interrogation in a secure facility is a stretch, the fact you had anything implanted/planted while captured could be said to LCPD during interrogation, if not said then written.

You moved from your initial statement a bit too far, from kidnapper in the LCPD ranks to hitman in prison, that's why i asked you to stick to statement you made without making  it more complex, if possible.

Even if I said about the recorder or even asked for a paper and pen, they will hear me and i'm dead after that. I said it in court because I asked for witness protection and I am sure I won't be harmed during witness protection
