LIBERTY STATE AGAINST WIZZ

SECTION I. SUMMARY
In a cross operation of the Crime Investigation Unit (C.I.U) and the Liberty City Police Department (L.C.P.D), the drug trafficking was being investigated.
The Crime Investigation Unit (C.I.U) sent an undercover identity to the "LaRocca" Family, which later on we used the advantage of their trust of the crime life to track the drug dealers, and narcotics producers.
One of our subjects that we've tracked in this operation is the defendant Wizz, the story began on the 4/7/2018 at Schottler hospital where our undercover identity was near the defendant, at that place our undercover identity talked with the defendant and asked for a deal but didn't go in details because the fact they were in a public area, the defendant told our undercover identity to follow him till they arrived to a beach at Steinway sing sing ave, where the drug deal took place.
Our undercover identity tried to buy an amount of weed from the defendant, but the defendant refused to sell, he said "I just buy", after that, our undercover identity took bag of 200 grams  of weed and offered it to him, he agreed and accepted the deal and our undercover identity sold the items to him.
Further on, we got an approved warrant on defendant Wizz from Supreme Judge Jugovic, and on date of 3/8/2018, Crime Investigation Unit and Tactical Response Unit decided to execute the warrant on the defendant, everything went smoothly till we arrived to the interrogation room.
At the interrogation room, our detectives showed the warrant and the evidences to the defendant, and had read him his rights, and when they asked them about what happened he decided to lie and to make incorrect excuses, he said that a friend of him called "Martin" told him to go pick that bag from our undercover identity, which is totally incorrect, our undercover identity don't know a guy with that name, and never had a contact with that guy, but the defendant admitted taking the bag of the weed only beacuse his friend "Martin" who does not exist told him to do that, and not for himself.
Another logical evidence of the lie is that the defendant also stated that he doesn't sells but buys instead, without mentioning any friend.
Below are the footages allegations of everything happened.

SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
